Calculating the green space in gardens

The Green Spaces project comprises a python tool that can render GeoJSON polygons over aerial imagery and analyse pixels contained within the polygons

Determine the vegetation coverage.

green-spaces can be used to determine the vegetation coverage of areas using aerial imagery.

Select your own vegetation indice.

Select from naive, greenleaf, hsv, ndvi, vndvi, vari, lab or a neural network.

Subset your images using polygons.

This allows the user to focus on certain parts of the aerial imagery, such as gardens.
